Slowen Down, located 50 yards from the beach, features spacious decks on both the front and back of the home and is perfect for vacations with family and friends. The screened in porch on the front of the house faces the ocean and features a swing, wicker sofa, picnic table and rocking chairs to allow for calm moments in the sea breeze. The back deck has a picnic table and is a great place to watch the sunset of Pawleys Creek. Two beach access points may be reached on foot in less than two minutes. There is ample space for parking below the house and in the back yard. Plenty of room for a boat which you can use at the public boat landing, just two blocks north.
Featuring new flooring throughout, the interior of the house is organized around a central gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and large family table. The living area offers plenty of sitting and has comfortable couches, chairs, and a large flat screen TV. Bedding accommodations include four bedrooms and two full bathrooms UPSTAIRS; one king, three queens, and one twin. Below the main level is a room with its own entrance and offers a toilet, sink and two twin beds. Additional amenities include WIFI, covered parking, charcoal grill, central AC, washer/dryer, high chair, roll away cot, iron & ironing board, coffee pot maker, and pack N play.

Summary: First time staying in Pawleys. Beach house suited our family dynamics. Short walk to the beach with 2 small children was nice. House could be updated with digital locks on the house so no worries of losing keys.
